Geluminati's Endurance Drink Mix provides athletes with a lightweight drink formula meant to provide quick absorbing, long lasting fueling for endurance efforts without that feeling of nausea or heaviness that usually comes from consuming lots of gels or mixes.
1:0.8 glucose:fructose ratio
245mmol/L estimated osmolarity in 750ml water
For best results, fill a 750ml bottle with water to one inch below the rim. Add two scoops (62g) of Geluminati Endurance Drink Mix, then cap and shake the bottle to mix. Top off with water and shake again to finish.

This batch does not mix, even the usual shaking leaves a glutinous mass inside the bottle.

This mix has been great. Geluminati has simplified my fueling & hydration plans for my long rides. A little lime juice in the mix gives it a slight flavor while still being light on the stomac and not overpowering.
